2. Cons:- As other reviewers have noted, the HVAC units are rather noisy, but since I had a 2-room suite with a separate HVAC unit in each room, I used the unit in the living area during the night to minimize the noise in the bedroom.

7. The street itself is not noisy, the issue is that right next to hidden well street is a major highway (15 or 515) underpass and basically it was impossible for me to sleep during the whole night with this constant strong noise.
