1. business center had half the computers broken.

2. drain for the jacuzzi tub was broken, (wouldnt hold water), took at least 3 to 4 mins of letting hot water tap to run before any hot water would get there.

4. Not only was it quite uncomfortable (but most hide a beds are), but it was broken, and the TV in the living room didn't work.

5. The rooms needed updating in fact we asked to be moved after 3 days we had had enough of things not working like (tea kettle leaked, kitchen faucet leaked all over when you turned it on, jetted tub had broken valve and the breaking point was the smoke coming in thru the non smoking room from the 10th floor.

6. We tried to just sleep on the couch and floor after that but the couch cushions were completely flat and sank into the broken bed.

7. it pulled out from the sofa but the lower portion was broken so that the main support in the middle rose about 8-10 inches above the broken middle piece.

Such as: the toilet paper holder was a strange design and loose so that the roll kept simply falling off the holder; 2 of the 8 treadmills in the fitness room were broken the whole week--I wonder how many weeks they will be/were out of commission; there were wet wipes for wiping off the fitness equipment the first 2-3 days were were there, but after that they were nowhere to be seen (not really sure why it would be difficult to replace the wipes?); internet access was $10/day or $50/week.

10. These are the kind that do not hang on the bar, but have to be inserted in plastic hooks some of which were broken.
