1. We had to go back and were moved to rooms across from each other instead of connecting rooms; with kids that was inconvenient.

2. Lied about the view(strip view is limited but better than looking at a construction site), couldn't find a floor above 10 in a 17 floor hotel, and attitude for the inconvenience was very unsympathetic.
