1. We asked for a non-smoking room and when we opened the door, we could tell it had smokers in there, the bellman heard me say 'Phew it smells like smoke' and said I'll call down to the front desk to get you a new room and within 20 mins he was back up with a new key; we went right across the hall and it was great.
