1. We wanted a non-smoking, non-casino hotel that was off the main part of the Strip (but not too far) as this was our first trip and we didn't know what to expect in terms of noise, crowds and sensory overwhelm.

3. We needed to be near the airport for an early departure and after four days in amongst the noise and hubbub of a Las Vegas strip hotel,chose the HGI for our overnight stay, we were sorry we didn't stay the entire Las Vegas holiday.
