1. The rooms are clean, (appear to be recently remodeled) staff is friendly, and if you know what to expect with the TownePlace brand you will not be disappointed with this location.

5. The front desk is in an office setup like and old apartment complex office, the building and furnishings looked a little out dated, the price was low and I visited during SXSW and couldn`t find another room closer to downtown so I was worried I might be in for my first 'Marriott disappointment' I was, however, pleasantly surprised.
