Pros: the restaurant staff were extremely friendlyCons: the room was filthy; the heat didn't work, and took 3 days to get fixed; our key card didn't work and had to be replaced several times; my wife got locked out and they wouldn't let her back in; the breakfast buffet was awful; it's in the middle of nowhere.
