2. unfortunately, the hotel wasn`t done renovating the hotel pool (it was supposed to be done by June 30th) so we didn`t get to enjoy the pool while we were there.

4. Our first room had an unpleasant odor (the phone was not working and I found two dead bugs on the carpet and in the bathroom), so they promptly gave us another room (which was unfortunately only slightly better).
