1. I travel pretty frequently and have never had a problem with hearing people through adjoining doors.

8. The operations manager of this Courtyard, Josh Henegar, wrote me an email apologizing for the problem, and taking responsibility.

9. We had some problems with the heat and the shower drainage but they were quick and helpful and fixed issues right away.
