1. After lengthy discussions with the hotel manager about the gross overcharges, and not abiding with the package we paid for, I have to admit it dampened my experience.

2. They fixedit the next morning at our request b/c it was late when we were getting into the shower, but we both had to shower in water up to our ankles and that was really gross.
