4. After check in we made it to our room and discovered we were given double beds,, after a requested for a King a check in,,so back down we went to the front desk, this time I had my wife speak to the gentleman as I thought maybe he just had a problem with me for some reason, , turns out my wife felt the same coldness and lack of interest from this front desk employee.
