2. Staff were without exception helpful, polite and friendly (almost falling over themselves to apologise when I had problems with the AC), the room was pretty large and quite well furnished, there was plenty of parking, maid service was thorough, it was close to lots of malls etc.

3. The other slight problem was that housekeeping somehow forgot to restock us with toilet and facial tissue, so I had to go hunting around for those myself.
