1. Many guests were surprised and disappointed, but the free shuttle took us two minutes away to a mini-mall for a cheap and easy breakfast, and during the ski season at least, lunch can be had at the ski facility appx half a block away.

2. Location was a disappointment as I had expected the hotel to be within Aspen rather than several miles outside the town, but the Inn's shuttle service mitigated the disadvantage of location.
