5. What I got, was a room on the second floor (supposedly a Deluxe King, but mine did not have the sitting area or patio), an empty promise from the check-in clerk that he was going to find me a room on the first floor (didn`t happen), no wifi (and extremely bad help from their provider, amerispot) and empty promises (again) from the clerk that he was going to help resolve it.

6. Probably not so bad in the summer- it`s just that more of a buffer would be good because you can`t get all of the snow off your boots.

7. The air conditioning unit, which was badly need in the summertime can run a bit noisy (typical of hotels that have not been updated), but adjusting the level trimmed the noise to a low hum.
