2. The only negatives where that you can't alter your reservation if it is two weeks prior to the check-in date and they don't budge on this, no matter how loyal a Kimpton customer you are.

3. Who wants to see a picture of a laptop when shopping for a double, double room? Pretty ridiculous, right? The reason is the rooms are very small and the bathrooms very dated.

5. It looks like they spent some time updating an old hotel with some groovy carpets and wallpaper, but the dated structure still makes it feel a bit frumpy.
