1. Only downside is that the new decor of the hotel is not very Colorado, but it's still comfortable, I didn't spend that much time in my room when I'm in Aspen anyway so I didn't mind, and the amazing service and location totally made up for it.

2. The only downside is that you sometimes get a crowd of NY/LA people with attitudes that match the egos on display.
