Paint everywhere is chipping, broken door handles, ceilings look like they were falling down, burnt out light bulbs, nasty carpets, no batthroom at parking lot pool, walkways are covered with gum and who knows what else, only coffee in lobbby not ready until late morning, staff is rude, toilet seat was old and gross, noisy bathroom fan.
