1. We arrived to the spa on the 3rd floor which had a bag of trash floating in it, and oh did I mention the water was ice cold? It was obvious nobody had tended to this thing in awhile, and after about a minute of silence we all slowly walked back towards our room just to be slapped in the face again as the key they had just given us had no longer worked.
