1. We went up to the pool around 9:45 to relax in the hot tub and were rudely told by security that the pool closes at 10 and then at about 10:02 we were kicked out.

4. the waitress was quite rude on the phone saying the kitchen was closing but they did it reluctantly and she apologised afterwards saying she had been busy.
