2. the only bad thing is that I had called and asked about shuttle tickets and was told they sold them,but they don,t-so if you have to take the shuttle-buy your tickets online, but if you can walk a couple of blocks-go up to harbor and for 1.

3. My daughter found her skin got very itchy after using the pool and hot tub but she found the same thing after showering, etc as well so I think Anaheim just has really hard water?Con: The breakfast really is really bad.

5. The breakfast was simple but complimentary so there wasn't much to complain about, i mean a free cup of coffee to start the day isn't a bad deal hey? A nice place to stay overall with wonderful staff.

8. Only downside we had was the proximity of a nearby parking garage which was quite noisy at times during the night however they seemed to be having a problem with one of their doors as we could hear the automated announcement over and over so this may have been a one off bad night.

Front desk people were always courteous and attentive, the only issue with the hotel is the breakfast , and my issue is not so much with the content (really when you consider the price paid the selection isn't too bad: toast, muffins, donuts, oatmeal, cereal, juice, milk and coffe) but rather with the whole set up.
