1. I had the bad experience of having a free loader guest adding her clothes into my wash when I went back to my room to pick up something just for a while.

6. Other than the noisy maid carts that I will mention in the bad part of this review, I did not hear any noise from neighboring rooms and did not hear any traffic noise.

10. I had to lug stuff up to a second floor there, but at least they had an elevator and it was when there was less luggage and I didn't have a bad back and neck.
