5. Here were the negatives: Peeling wall paper, old towels( I mean old with strings hanging off) mixed in with new, a slight 'old smell', little soundproofing, we were under the breakfast area and could hear them getting set up BUT we were getting up any way) The bedding was clean but when we pulled out the couch bed, the blanket there was old with wholes and a big stain on it( no , we did not use the blanket or the bed:) But the regular beds were fine.
