3. There is major Interstate 40 construction adjacent to hotel, but wasnever an issue with us.

4. The only issues I found were the small toilets and the ever present homeless guy who has made his home between the on-site Dennys and a utility building adjacent to the motel.

6. There were plumbing and drainage issues, there were issues with the lighting (several lights didn't work), several walls were in mid-repair, and the beds were terrible.

8. The girl had to re-issue the key by adjusting something inside the door and re-punching new holes in the plastic.
