1. The only negative was a crying baby in the other room ALL NIGHT, but that's a complaint with some parents in the hotel, as the hotel certainly would have moved us if we'd asked (we didn't).

2. The only complaint was on one visit we had to go back to the desk 3 times before we got a card key that actually worked.

3. My only complaint was that the chain in the tank of the toilet came undone a few times so we had to fix it-- I'm sure we could have called to fix it but it was an easy fix so we went ahead with it.
