1. The constant and audible noise nearly all day long (which sadly could not be drowned out by the air conditoner) is not a dealbreaker by itself, but did become a considerable hassle over time.

3. The rooftop jacuzzi was an on and off annoying noise until it automatically shuts off at 11 p.

4. (I might mention the jacuzzi is set to go OFF at midnight to discourage any late-night noise and socializing.
