2. My wife and I used just the sheet and had a hard time getting the temperature right since we normally sleep with a blanket of some type.

3. well i recomend you to leave and find other place, she is very unprofessional, she is rude and she will do anything to give you a hard time, i have been at diferent Hiltons and this is the first time that something like this hapend, i will never be in a Hilton cause im afraid to put my family thru such situation again, i think ill stick whit Marriot now on.

4. The staff are generally civil, but hardly cheerful - and who can blame them?The hotel is spread across several buildings which are supposed to be kept locked, but the doors don't catch reliably.

The air condition did not work Evan after they said it was fixed twice, there was mold in our shower, the lock on the slider door did not work it was fixed but the door was off track and very hard to open and close, floors in restroom corners where dirty, in closing the manager on duty just said they were sorry, maybe next time things would be better.
