(Thanks to whoever you are, buddy) The clerk was very apologetic about the
problem
, but since the Airline paid for the hotel room, I wasn't after a free room or any type of compensation.

I did have 1
problem
during my stay and that was an alarm clock started going off at 4:00am and woke me up (wasn't in my room).

She was awesome--she took ownership of every little
problem
or issue and quickly saw them through to conclusion; nothing was too much trouble for her, and she was gracious and cheerful.
