1. In a previous review someone mentioned the cracked tile in the elevator , that has not changed , it was dirty and smelled very musty and UN kept all the way to the room, well the room was not any better, we had burn holes in our bedding, the carpets looked like they have never been cleaned, the decor was 90's or even earlier.

2. The carpets are stained, the furniture is old and dirty, the bathroom grout is black with dirt and the keys don't work well.

3. The only downside for me was that a couple of the towels folded for use were a little dirty/not washed so these had to be returned and exchanged in reception.

4. There was also a pretty nasty dirty towel in our room that in itself would have been enough for us not to be '100% satisfied', but after the internet shenanigans we really couldn`t be bothered.
