2. After the ten to fifteen minute wait to speak to the clerk, check-in was without problems, and the clerk was still very pleasant while dealing with the many tasks for which she was responsible.

3. I carry febreeze with me, so I can take care of that problem, but it would be nice if the house cleaning staff used something to eliminate the smoking odor.
