1. My only complaint is the fact that the both the hotel and the Applebees share a parking lot, so parking can be cramped at certain times of the day/night.

4. Only complaint is that the bathtub is small and the bottom sides curved inward, making it kind of awkward and uncomfortable for my feet while I was showering.
