1. The air conditioner did not work properly, When I called down to report the problem I was told that maintenance would fix it in the morning, well I was there for one more day and they never did.

5. Needless to say, I am definitely taking it up with ICH Group, but just be aware, if you have a problem with this hotel and dare to complain about it, this is apparently the kind of treatment you can expect.

6. Perhaps the problem wasn`t so much with the front desk staff, as with management`s attitude that flowed downhill through that staff.

7. They won`t fix the problem you complain about and they sure will attempt to punish you for making the complaint.

8. I immediately called the priority club number to report the problem, but that it didn`t help the staff modify it`s behavior at that point.

10. I was still pretty mad and wasn`t really interested in staying there again, but he offered to comp my next room, so I was satisfied with his attempt to resolve the problem, even though I had zero plans to return.
