The air conditioner did not work properly, When I called down to report the
problem
I was told that maintenance would fix it in the morning, well I was there for one more day and they never did.

s the hotel is very clean and I would give it another try, to see if it just happen to be an odd week.

Needless to say, I am definitely taking it up with ICH Group, but just be aware, if you have a
problem
with this hotel and dare to complain about it, this is apparently the kind of treatment you can expect.
