1. Our most recent stay, the front desk staff was very freindly, and the hotel was busy, but not loud (at least not audible from inside the room).

2. The only cons: The toilet area and shower area had a privacy door, and when you turned the light on, the fan automatically came on and was very loud and a little dark in there.
