1. The night we checked in (made an online reservation the week before), we had to switch rooms, not once but TWICE due to maintenance and upkeep issues.

2. Cons: A few maintenance issues (broken handle on nightstand, toilet 'moved' when you sat down on it, light bulb in bathroom jarred against the canister light fixture causing quite a racket, TV /remote in bedroom was on its last leg).
