5. So what's the problem? The beds were awful - the worst hotel bed I have slept on in ages - stayed specifically here because of my previous excellent experience at another Homewood Suite (Buffalo Thunder, Santa Fe) in June.

7. Our only problem was that we requested a King room and were given a double, even though our confirmed reservation was for a King.
