1. Rather than an uncomfortable single chair (or only a bed), I much prefer relaxing on the comfy sofas available at the Hyatt Place.

4. uncomfortable beds, cheap linens, little lights around the room that shone in your eyes at night - not sure who designed these rooms, but they do not stay at hotels much.
