3. As I said they had to change rooms because of problems, they would not give me a key to the new room until I brought the key to the bad room back to the front desk which means I had to go to the bad room get my things and go to the front desk and then go back to the new room.

6. If you ever have a problem with anything in the room, day or night, maintenance has always come to the room almost imediately upon my call to the front desk.

7. I`ve never had a problem with a nice hot shower in the morning when it seems to be 'dash for the shower before everyone else uses the hot water up' in other hotels.
