1. If so, are they in a separate area of the hotel so we can get a room where we won't be disturbed by their barking?We never experienced this before in 40 years of travel.

2. The woman at the desk was great in allowing us to request a room on an upper floor (they have 3) at the end of the hall so that the dog would not disturb anyone if she barked.
