1. It was unfortunate, but we visited San Francisco during the worst week we could have and we are conserving people as well - however, this week it rained, it was cold and windy and we were in a hotel that did not acknowledge the weather.

4. We experienced a classic BAIT AND SWITCH but in the worst way--other than reading reviews here at tripadvisor, I still can`t come up with a way that would have prevented us from staying there, they completely misrepresented everything about the place.
