1. The location is not too bad with a choice of restuarants within walking distance and not too far out of town.

4. bad part of town, towel rack ripped off the wall, heater didn't work, fridge didn't work, very old, our window was broken with tape on it and the whole window would have fallen out of the frame had you tried to open it.
