2. The 2 rooms right be low us were being completely gutted and renovated during our stay, which might be have been a problem, but we were up early in the am anyhow, The only advice I would give it to stay out of the Tenderloin district which is about 1/2 mile down the road on Eddy St.

3. Location Is the key for this modest hotel, van ness is around 100m walking, this important avenue has 24hr public transportation available yes the homeless are a problem but not only in eddy st and van ness they are everywhere.
