2. )Also, and I know this is expensive, but if you can put doubled-paned windows in ( maybe just a few at a time) this will reduce noise a lot, keep your heating bills way down, and will update the look of the place.

3. What was the attraction of this Hotel before has totally disappeared - I will take my business somewhere else and leave this run down motel to whoever wants to stay in the first non gay hotel in the Castro at an expensive price.
