4. I was trying to sleep off my jet lag during the day but some workmen at the hotel were playing very loud music at one point, but when I told the receptionist (guy menitoned above,) he immediately made them turn it down and apologised again the next day, asking if I`d managed to get to sleep.

5. We stayed at this hotel in October 2004, and it was not only filthy and in a terrible, frightening location, but it was also loud, the towels were stained and threadbare, and the place looked like it was a former crackhouse.
