The first bed was rock
hard
and the second was too soft and had a bit of a slope.

Well what a disappointment- $300 for two nights in a tiny room (advertised as an upgraded queen room) it was a tiny room sparsely furnished with a
hard
thin mattress and a torn shower curtain.

hard
ly any time at all in the hotel, but when we returned after a day of touring we received a warm welcome and big smiles.
