1. The rooms were clean and very large they can get quite noisy due to the trams but its fisherman's wharf theres trams everywhere.

On the down side, the bedroom was a bit noisy from comings and goings in the atrium, the bed linen wasn't good, nylon type sheets which felt horrible, the cleaning wasn't brill, few black hairs found which defintely didn't belong to us, and in general it wont be too far away until the suite does need a good refurb.

3. Yes, it's a little noisy (cable car stop right in front of the hotel), but on the upside, no need for a car.
