1. Of course the second key didn't work either so I had to press the call button and go through room number, explanation of problem, etc.

3. When I checked out, I asked if there would be a problem getting out of the parking lot and I was told that all I had to do was swipe my room key and then leave it in the drop box at the gate.

4. This and alot of the Crown Plaza brand have the same problem; old and desperate need of renovations.

8. Overall very good, but the workout room was not up to par, the AC unit in our room had a problem, and the ice machine on our floor was not supplying ice the entire 4 days we were there.

10. Lots of pillows and a cute ditty bag with eye mask, ear plugs, and linen freshener are not enough to overcome the problems you are likely to face when staying at this property.
