1. i would like to thank the managment team on your excellent service , although you are a hotel chain we loved your attention to detail which is often lacking in hotel chains.

2. The only drawback for me is the lack of food options (on-site or room service) since they are limited to sushi options at the connected restaurant, and I'm jut not a sushi-guy.

3. Although it didn't bother me, the rooms are rather small and lack much of a view, but they are cozy, clean, and nicely decorated.

4. Based upon the lack of advance notice by reservations and no notification by the manager I would have to say that this borders on fraud and I would not recommend staying at the Galleria Park or any of the Joie de vivre properties.
