1. The view that we had was of a parking alley that was real loud do to the cars being parked out there.

2. I was shocked how different the neighbourhood was just within a few blocks - we witnessed a group of drug addicts fighting loudly as well as two men smoking crack openly in a doorway - enough to be a little sketched out, but not enough that I feared for my personal safety at any point.

9. I had read that the street traffic can be loud at night so I requested an upper-floor room; they accomodated us with a cozy Queen on the 7th floor.
