1. We were moved to another room where the carpet was filthy, the only thing between me and the not so great mattress was a thin sheet that was not fitted and the furniture was damaged.

3. ; carpet filthy; A/C - heating unit appeared to have not been dusted in at least 9 months; walls with brown/black filth; bathroom wall had a cut out in it with no repair; shower head falling away from tile; toilet seat appeared to have old urine splatter on it; tub so filthy we didn't shower; breakfast juices/milk warm & not on ice; lady rinsed glass after she handled trash without washing her hands.

4. The night before we left: beautiful lobby; carpet in room filthy; old sink attached to wall had no counter space at all and leaked all over the floor when used; cold air blowing in through bottom and side of door because there was no weather stripping so we had to stuff towels to block the air; only 2 vending machines.
