Our only

was with the lift - it was verrrrry slow (we were on the top floor) and actually broke down with us in it.

s I had, they were attended to immediately and concisely, even locating lost items after we left & sending them home to Australia.

Being our first visit to San Francisco we were a little concerned about the proximity to the city centre but on arrival found this was not an
issue
as the city blocks were small and public transport was very close.

s, ask for a room further back from the front of the hotel facing Octavia rather than Sutter Street.
