1. I called the fornt desk and asked them what the problem was and the operator simply said we are working on it, dont know when it will be fixed and promptly hung up on me.

4. The towels were changed daily, but the maid(s) seemed to have a shedding problem, as there were long black hairs on my towels (I keep my hair buzzed, so I know it wasn't mine).

5. This particular hotel has no frills but what do you expect for what you pay? The hotel looks really dingy but our room was clean, the bathroom was teeny tiny which proved to be a problem for two girls with a ton of tolietries but for a weekend it was okay.
